What happened on August 24th 2013, on Catherine Avenue in Mahwah, New Jersey? As you can tell from the triumphant photos, victory happened.

Yes, that day was another successful event for MEVO and their allies Phi Beta Kappa from Bergen Community College, where they picked up never-ending tons trash from Catherine Avenue. Their finds were varied, to say the least. Rusted metal, trash more appropriate in a landfill than on a residential street. And tires, lots and lots of tires. Thanks to the efforts of Phi Beta Kappa though, Catherine Avenue will almost be cleaned up after just a few more MEVO events.

So thank you, Phi Beta Kappa, for being such a big help to MEVO in helping clean up Catherine Ave, and be victorious in this battle against pollution.
