Matt Jordan, Farm Crew Intern of 2013, puts on the finishing touches to the Mahwah High School Community Garden that he and MEVO helped build this past September 2013. Matt’s Farm Crew internship is over, but since then he has transitioned to become MEVO’s Farm Manager, got some exposure to the fine art of permaculture, and is working on making MEVO’s Bergen County 1-acre educational farm a reality. In doing all of that, he’s discovered a love of farming and a passion for making a better world.
So if you want to have the chance to do something new, be it farming or changing the world, try out MEVO this Summer 2014.
