Today, MEVO would like to introduce you to one of our Farm Crew Interns who believes that a small dedicated group of people can change the world, Derrick Hanke. Derrick is an Environmental Studies major at Ramapo College and through travels that led to, among other places, Yellowstone National Park, Derrick has come to believe that global change will happen first at the local level.
Derrick’s favorite portion of his intern experience was the retreat to the Andanda Ashram, which provided a new perspective of looking at the world to him.
